Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! Email us at bygracedesignss@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram with any questions, pictures of products, or ideas, and we will try our best to make your vision come true. Please keep in mind that custom orders often take longer to receive and may be slightly more expensive due to the amount of extra time and materials that may need to be purchased.
Can you make my necklace longer or shorter?
Yes! All of our products come with a 2 inch extender, but we are more than happy to adjust them to your preference. All you have to do is add a note to your order at check out or email us at bygracedesignss@gmail.com
What do I do if my jewelry breaks?
We hope this never happens, but if it does please email us a picture of your broken item. Depending on the issue, we will either offer you a free repair or free replacement.
Does your jewelry tarnish?
We try to keep our prices as low as possible. In order to do that, we sell both gold plated and gold filled jewelry. Most of it does not tarnish if taken care of properly, however sometimes it does. In order to prevent this and keep our prices as low as we can for you, we coat most of our jewelry with Eternal Jewelry Coating making it both tarnish proof and hypoallergenic. If you would like to ensure the prevention of your jewelry tarnishing please put a note to us at checkout saying you would like us to add the coating and we will be happy to do so with no cost added!
How long does it normally take for me to receive my jewelry?
We process your order and send it out as soon as we possibly can! It normally takes us 1-3 days to process and ship out your order. Once your order is in the mail it typically takes 3-5 days to arrive with standard shipping. If you want your order fast, we recommend purchasing expedited shipping. If you pre-order an item, please expect a 1-2 week delay.

Does By Grace Designs hold trunk shows, events, or fundraisers?
Yes! We would love to bring BGD to your store or sorority house or raise money for your cause! We are located in the Southeastern United States and would be happy to travel to you. To set up your event please email us or go to the contact us page to send us an inquiry. Due to the pandemic, we are also offering online events with an exclusive discount code as well!
